The Pathway

Becoming a Peer Mentor for Life & Career Success takes two training phases.

(1) Complete the 17-module Career Compass Course (including the creation of an E-Portfolio)

(2) Complete the 5-module Peer Mentor Course

After completion of these two training courses, there is an interview and then placement occurs.
